3. Bot Availability

We aim to keep "Stupid" running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uptime or continuous availability. The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen issues. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

"Stupid" is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will function without errors, bugs, or interruptions. By using "Stupid," you acknowledge that the bot may have limitations or unexpected behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creator(s) of "Stupid" be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the bot's use, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or damages resulting from mistakes, omissions, or interruptions in service.

6. User Responsibility

As a user of "Stupid," you are responsible for:

• Understanding how the bot works and interacting with it within the bounds of Discord’s guidelines.

• Ensuring that your use of the bot complies with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to "Stupid" at any time, for any reason, without notice. Common reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Any attempt to harm or disrupt the bot's functionality or Discord servers.

You may stop using "Stupid" at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server or ceasing to interact with it.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the bot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
